Brutal Build is operated by AI FIRST RESPONDER LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
Brutal Build crawls public web pages you submit and produces AI-assisted product and market assessments. Reports are opinions based on public evidence and automated analysis. They are not guarantees of commercial results and should not be your only basis for business decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for only submitting URLs you are allowed to analyze. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Plans and payment
Each account includes 10 free assessments. After that you can subscribe to Unlimited for $29.99 per month, or buy single assessments for $3 each. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Unlimited renews monthly until canceled. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. Purchased single assessments do not expire while your account exists.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack, overload or scrape sites without permission, to break the law, or to resell the service without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. See also our privacy policy and refund policy.
