Refund policy

Brutal Build is sold by Paddle.com on behalf of AI FIRST RESPONDER LLC. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes all refunds.

Requesting a refund

You can request a refund within 14 days of a purchase, either through the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting jeremy@aifirstresponder.com.

What happens after a refund

Refunded single assessments are removed from your balance. A refunded Unlimited subscription ends immediately. Assessments you already ran stay in your account.

Canceling Unlimited

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for.
